Anna Lucia Carretta: Pedagogista, formatrice, facilitatrice. Ho maturato oltre trent’anni di esperienza professionale in Italia, principalmente a Milano, nel settore socio-educativo. Promuovo l’approccio dialogico finlandese nel lavoro socio educativo e nella riorganizzazione dei Servizi, con funzioni di formazione e facilitazione. Collaboro allo sviluppo di un Progetto Sperimentale Dialogico promosso dalla Regione Emilia Romagna per implementare la riorganizzazione di servizi sociali e sanitari, anche per adolescenti, con strumenti dialogici. Svolgo una attività costante di facilitazione al dialogo e di ascolto di giovani, adulti, anziani e di famiglie. Pratico attività di meditazione e di mindfullness per implementare competenze relazionali nell’ascolto e nel dialogo.
I have over thirty years of professional experience in Italy, mainly in Milan, in the socio-educational sector. I promote the Finnish dialogical approach in socio-educational work and in the reorganization of Services, with training and facilitation functions. I collaborate in the development of an Experimental Dialogic Project promoted by the Emilia Romagna Region to implement the reorganization of social and health services, also for adolescents, with dialogical tools. I carry out a constant activity of facilitating dialogue and listening to young people, adults, elderly people and families. I practice meditation and mindfulness activities to implement relational skills in listening and dialogue.

Risiedo a Roma e sono nel campo della formazione professionale da oltre 10 anni. Sono specializzata nelle Pratiche Dialogiche per le Organizzazioni complesse e collaboro con Dialogue & Design presso enti socio-educativi e imprese. Facilitadora de diálogos en red y formadora de facilitadores de diálogo en red. Es subdirectora de la Asociación Navarra Nuevo Futuro y los últimos 24 años ha trabajado en el sistema de protección con menores, familias y equipos profesionales en Navarra, en acogimiento residencial, acogimiento familiar, tramitación de adopciones y postadopción. Lleva más de 25 años de experiencia profesional en el sector socioeducativo, realizando intervenciones educativas, de formación y supervisión para Educadores y grupos de trabajo. She is the deputy director of the Navarra Nuevo Futuro Association and for the last 24 years she has worked in the protection system with minors, families and professional teams in Navarra, in residential care, foster care, adoption and post-adoption processing. Laura has more than 25 years of professional experience in the socio-educational sector, carrying out educational, training and supervision interventions for educators and work groups. She is a trainer in various courses for the improvement of emotional management in classrooms, organized by the Department of Education of the Government of Navarra and for the management of family coexistence in Parents’ Schools.
Seija Tuomisto, KM, erityisopettaja, työnohjaaja, VOIMAKEHÄ®-mentori: Olen työskennellyt pitkään erityisopettajana monissa työtehtävissä. Tällä hetkellä toimin kouluttajana, työnohjaajana ja työyhteisövalmentajana. Työtäni ohjaavat dialogisuuden periaatteet: kuunteleminen, kuulluksi tuleminen, tasavertaisuus, toisen kunnioittaminen ja ei-tietämisen periaate. Olen myös opiskellut laaja-alaista vahvuusajattelua ja positiivista johtamista. Näiden asioiden hyödyntäminen työyhteisössä on hyvin kiehtovaa.
I have worked for a long time as a special education teacher in many jobs. At the moment i work as an educator, supervisor and consultant for organizational. My work is guided by the principles of dialogue: listening, being heard, equality, respect for the other and the principle of not knowing. I have also studied broad definition of strengths -thinking and positive leadership. Developing these things in the work community is very fascinating.
